He won Super Bowls in Silver and Black with the Oakland and LA Raiders, he entered the Pro Football Hall of Fame a decade ago and now he's one of the studio hosts on the FOX NFL pre-game show.   Howie Long popped by Lambeau Field Thursday in advance of the Packers-Bears NFC Championship Game and I caught up with him to get his thoughts on the matchup.
