MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. We met a guy by the name of Jerrod Niemann several years ago in Memphis while at the St. Jude radio seminar. What a great guy with a positve attitude he had the breakthrough hit of the summer with Lover,Lover. He even sang kareoke with our own Bryan Scott.
