~~With Reba McEntire stepping down as a host of the Academy of Country Music Awards, a new country music star will be joining co-host Blake Shelton on stage later this year.

The Academy will reveal the co-host's identity - once they've reached 25,000 tweets via their "Tweet to Unlock the Host" campaign (head to www.acmcountry.com to add your tweet to the tally).

In a new video posted to the Academy's website, Blake shared a few "clues' about his future co-host, explaining that he and the show's producers "set the bar down just a little bit lower" after Reba.

He says "this particular artist is a fan favorite, to the point where I’m starting to feel the pressure of this person’s stardom creeping up into my territory, and I’m hoping to use (this opportunity) to completely disrupt and derail this person’s career."
