Homemade Frosty treat!!

Admit it, sometimes a fast food shake sounds like pure bliss (um, not that you'd
find yourself in a drive-thru line or anything). So if you want to enjoy
something equally as tasty, but without loads of fat and calories, try this
brilliant recipe...

Lisa of Snack Girl is just pure genius for creating
this copycat recipe that is just as satisfying as the real deal
but loads healthier. (Lisa also points out that the original contains a whopping 15 different ingredients and 400 calories--eeks!). Try this
more simplified (and healthier) version: Vanilla Frosty

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:

5 ounces milk (low-fat, whole, almond--whatever you
have)
1 block silken tofu (about 500 grams)
3 tablespoons sugar
2
teaspoons vanilla Preparation:

Freeze milk in an ice cube tray. After
frozen, place cubes in blender and pulse until crushed. Add the rest of the
ingredients and blend. Enjoy! Nutrition info: For one serving = 252 calories,
7.2 g fat, 28.2 g carbohydrates, 25.6 g sugar, 19 g protein, 0 g fiber, 118 mg
