There is a reason that celebrities have managers and "handlers" watching over thier every move...Some celebrities are quite idotic, I know SHOCK..Here are the top 10 Twitter Celebrity Meltodowns, Tantruns, and Tirades...

1. Scott Baio

Scott Baio salutes Twitter at least once a day with a round of #scottbaioruinseverything.

One of his greatest idiotic-and racist---comments were: "MY WIFE'S BEST FRIEND IS BLACK, HELLO."

2. Lance Armstrong

Lance Armstrong recently had his own Twitter tirade when Outside magazine manipulated the cover of the mag, which Lance was on. Lance showed up for the photo shoot in a plain blue t-shirt. It also had a caption that it read, " 38 BFD."

The 38 part referred to Lance's age. The BFD is text-talk for "big f---ing deal."

Lance Tweeted: "Just saw the cover of the new Outside mag with yours truly on it. Nice photoshop on a plain t-shirt guys. That's some lame bullsh--. Weak."

3. Andrew Breitbart

Author and Washington Times commentator Andrew Breitbart went after film critic Roger Ebert.  Ebert recently went after Breitbart, claiming that supporters of Senator Harry Reid pitched eggs at Tea Party-goers.

Breitbart responded by Tweeting: "Not fair. I'm not allowed to make fun back! You've been handle-w-care Oprah PC-ified. Get well, so I can rip your bleh schtick."

4. Kevin Smith

Director Kevin Smith had two major Twitter tantrums. The first came in February, after Southwest Airlines used its "Customer of Size" policy and booted Kevin from a flight. The airline claimed Kevin needed one more seat than they had available.

He Tweeted: "I wasn't too fat to fly."

In March, he went after critics who went after his latest movie, "Cop Out." He tweeted:

 "People are free to talk sh-- about ANY of my flicks, so long as they paid to see it."

5. Jim Carrey

After his split from Jenny McCarthy, Jim Carrey claimed paparazzi, drug companies and others were the "ANTI-#BOING".

6. Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus took a stand against body criticism and bullying after people felt the need to call her fat.

She Tweeted: "People may need to spend less time on a gossip website and more time reading your Bible, reading stories/articles about what happens when cyber abuse and name-calling happens. This has got to stop!!!"

7. Mike Bacsik

Former major league baseball pitcher-turned-radio show producer-turned-former radio show producer, Mike Bacsik pulled a racist Twitter tirade that killed his career. In April, Bacsik was upset over a San Antonio Spurs win over the Dallas Mavericks when he Tweeted: "Congratulations all the dirty Mexicans in San Antonio."

8. José Canseco

José Canseco never shies away from attacking his haters, the government or even his own Twitter followers. He Tweeted: "Remember the movie '300'? That's the way it should be. Get rid of the sh-- at birth would be a better world today."

9. Tila Tequila

Tila Tequila's Twitter tirades usually end with her deleting her account. Just a few weeks ago, Tila claimed one of her other personalities, named Jane, harmed her. She even linked a video called "evidence." After followers sent police, Tila addressed her rescuers in a tweet that started with: " Peace out u ignorant f---s."

10. Kanye West

After Kanye West realized a fake Kanye existed in the Twitterverse, he started his now-famous "caps lock" assault on his own Kanye University site.

The real Kanye wrote that he was " TOO BUSY ACTUALLY BUSY BEING CREATIVE" to join Twitter.
