The Food and Drug Administration is trying to find out who tampered with the bottles. Investigators tracked an e-mail, hidden in the label's small print, to Jason Kay of Longmont, Colorado. He says he and a friend designed the "pop art" project. "The artist wants to remain anonymous because there are similar future projects in the works. He doesn't want to be contacted.
