I am so tired of not being able to shed these last 11 lbs from having Presley!! It's been horrible. I guess for awhile I was able to say "Oh, i just had a baby-2 mo ago" or "I have a baby". It's going on a year...I am working out at least 3 times a week but I LOVE soda!! I have gathered lots of information of the course of the morning show dealing w. losing weight and staying fit..These are the best tricks I've gotten. I have to say, Say No To Soda is killing me!!!
