Hello Friends! Well, it's been a week of NOT smoking and I've done pretty darn good. Do I crave cigarettes, ALL THE TIME. Luckily, I've been able to stave off the cravings w. a few tricks!
1. Chewing on a straw! I've found that by constantly putting something in my mouth helps. Like gum, straws, I've also chewed on A LOT of pens the last few days.
2. Drink lots of water! When I have a craving, believe it or not, it helps to down a nice, cold glass of water, Plus it's good for you.
3. My third trick is to brush my teeth or floss. For some reason, when I have that clean, minty breath I don't want to put an icky cigarette in my mouth:)
