Toby Keith has been named the top country artist and songwriter of the decade by Billboard magazines. And he was also one of the top-selling artists of the past 10 years.

Among his hits during the 00's, or whatever you want to call them, were "How Do You Like Me Now," "Courtesy Of The Red, White And Blue ," "Beer For My Horses," "I Love This Bar," "As Good As I Once Was" and "God Love Her."

(BTW: TOBY  came in third on the list of artists on the decade's all-genre Billboard 200 chart, with Eminem at No. 1 and Britney Spears at No. 2. In descending order, Keith is followed in the country artist category by Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts and George Strait.)
