Bear's Corn Casserole
1- 16 oz bag frozen corn
2- cans of creamed corn
1- egg beaten (use a 2nd egg if you like stuff fluffy)
1 - cup half and half or milk
10- soda crackers crushed
2- tablespoons worchestershire sauce
1/4- cup sugar
Salt and pepper
Mix ingredients in a bowl and pour in small cake pan...glass, pyrex is the
best. Cook at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until top and sides are light brown.

Here it is: My Famous Wild Rice Stuffing:
2 stalks celery
1 small onion
1# Jimmy Dean sausage
2 c. wild rice (cooked)
2-3 c. chicken broth
1 bag stuffing ( use seasoned)
1# mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 stick butter
get rice cooking, follow instructions on package. (drain)
brown sausage,celery&onion...drain grease
add mushrooms let rest
heat chicken broth and butter till melted
mix together sausage mix, wild rice, stuffing and gradually blending in broth mixture till moistened.
Bake at 325 about 30 min. or until heated.
