THE FERTILITY FRUIT SALAD

Ginger Fruit Salad
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple
2 kiwis, peeled & sliced
1 apple, cored & diced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1 large sliced banana
1 8-ounce carton fat-free lemon yogurt
2 TBS crystallized, chopped ginger
Toss fruit & juice, and add banana just before serving. Top with yogurt and sprinkle on chopped ginger. Serves 4.
