The Sallisaw, Oklahoma police recently   arrested Misty Van Horn for trying to sell her two children, ages 2 and 10 months   old. She wanted to get her boyfriend out of jail and contacted a woman in Fort   Smith, Arkansas with an offer. That woman called the police. Van Horn wanted   $1,000 for the 2-year-old or $4,000 for both because she needed bail money.
