Oh my.....

Ryan Hopkins recently failed in his   attempt to rob a Lexington, Kentucky Little Caesar's. He was drunk and wearing   a ski mask and sunglasses when he stumbled into the shop and slurred, "This   is a hold up." The employee asked him to leave the premises. Hopkins was   later picked up by police, and charged with public intoxication. He will not   be charged with attempted robbery because he didn't actually have a weapon.
