Tiffany and Company claims   Costco is selling fake diamond rings bearing their name. Tiffany lawyer Jeffrey   Mitchell says, ''A customer notified Tiffany and Co. that a Huntington Beach,   California Costco was promoting 'Tiffany' diamond engagement rings in the store.   We now know that there are at least hundreds if not thousands of Costco members   who think they bought a Tiffany engagement ring at Costco, which they didn't.''   Tiffany and Co. is suing Costco for trademark infringement.
