We will always remember 9/11....where were you?

I was home from school sick in 8th grade. My mom was at work and was planning on leaving at noon to be with me and my dad was in Japan on business. I was watching Live! With Regis and Kelly when news networks took over every channel on the TV. My mom ended up coming home at about 10am, trying to figure out how we were going to get my dad home and what these attacks meant. Needless to say my dad was stuck in Japan for an extra 2 weeks. We as a nation pulled together to fight terrorism and continue to today. It's a very choppy and blurry day for me, but even though I can't remember every detail of it, we will never forget the impact that day had on our lives. God bless those who are fighting for our freedom.
