A small New York bar floated 7 miles from its shore home   and ended up on a Brooklyn beach on Friday. The Sugar Bowl was ripped from its   moorings and ended up on the sand complete with tables and chairs, shot glasses   and a stocked bar. Residents renamed the bar Sandy's Bar and started drinking   until police arrived and ordered a demolition.
