--There are eight semi-finalists up for the New Artist award.  They are:  Brantley Gilbert, Hunter Hayes, JT Hodges, Scotty McCreery, Justin Moore, David Nail, Jerrod Niemann, and Thompson Square.  But I'll help you narrow that list by telling you up front that the Tweet didn't come from either Kiefer or Shawna Thompson.

--You might think Justin's off-color plea is lame.  But he's not the only one begging.  Every ACM New Artist nominee is reaching out to their fans.  (--And I don't blame them for self-promoting.  Winning an award is a huge boost to anyone's career.)
