Melissa Mansfield of Murrieta, Calif., was arrested around 2 a.m. Wednesday in a bathroom near a swimming pool at his hilltop home south of Nashville.  She had been drinking, and investigators said she apparently got around a fence surrounding the property.

Chesney said he was not at home at the time.

The woman also was charged with public intoxication.
