Women   are having Botox injected into their feet to help them cope with the pain they   will endure from wearing high heels during the holiday party season. A foot-filling   procedure typically costs $500 and lasts for several months. Some plastic surgeons   are offering 'face and foot' specials. Fox claims many plastic surgeons are   booked solid through New Year's while other doctor's offices are holding Botox   parties to drum up business during the holidays.
