There's this real sweet girl that I know that has a crush on me. She keeps trying to get me in "date-like" situations, but I don't really know her and I don't want to lead her on. How do I go about this?

Coming from a girl...we need to know the truth. Don't make this poor girl waste anymore of her time if you're not interested. I'm not saying you're doing anything wrong, but I do think you need to bring this up with her. If she's putting you in uncomfortable situations, you need to tell her...nicely :) Otherwise, take the time to get to know her...who knows, you may fall for her! You did say she was sweet. :)
