I got a tattoo of a moon when I was in college and I hate it now. What do you think is a better option, getting a new tat over it or laser-removing it?

It depends, do you hate the idea of the tattoo or the image. There's no point getting another tattoo if you didn't like the first one, right? I had a friend who got her then boyfriend's last name tattoo'd on her ankle. The tattoo artist said it would take 7 laser treatments to get it removed, but just one session of a tattoo over it. She didn't do either, she is just marked with her ex's name forever. I think the cheaper route is getting a new tattoo over it, but if you really hate it, you might have to bare the pain and get it removed by a laser.
