I have been engaged for a year, however, my wedding has been called off 4 times already. This last time that we called it off, we spent 2 months apart, and now I recently went to see him and I believe he has changed. He has different habits and he promised me that this time things would be different, and he has never done this before. What am I doing?!

I don't want to lead you away from the love of your life, but in this case, I think you need to walk away. You've called off the wedding 4 times already in a year, what is going to happen when there is a marriage? What if there are kids? Then you have a legal mess to clean up instead of just walking away clean. If there is that much passion still there, take off the ring and rekindle your courting relationship again. Start over and forget a wedding was ever an idea. You guys have a lot to work on, and I don't want you to become anoter divorce statistic. Best of luck with your decision.
