I started dieting about 2 months ago and reached my goal weight! However, I noticed that I'm starting to pile the pounds back on. I'm just wondering if you have an idea what's going on.

I read that most women gain back an average of about 5 pounds more than what they weighed before the diet started, mostly because women get this ideal weight goal and will do anything to get there. So women go to extremes to drop the weight fast, but then they gain it all back when they start eating normally. While on a diet, just make sure you are being faithful to your goal and don't hurt your body in the process. If you want a brownie...eat it!
