I'm engaged!!! YAY! To the love of my life and I couldn't be happier. However, I hate his ex. She lives in the same city as us and she seems to "pop" up wherever we go out. She's pretty, smart, successful, and she still flirts with him when we're out. Now he's going to be my husband and I need her to back off! How do I go about this?

A case of the ex is NEVER GOOD! We've all been there. You can't help but think about what it was like when they were together, even if you never knew them as a couple. Here's the deal. Talk to your man first. Make sure he's aware of how much she bothers you. Even if he doesn't flirt back, it still hurts to see her all over him. If she doesn't back off, it's time to confront her! Sounds like she's insecure if she's aware that he's moved on but she still feels the need to hang all over him. Let her know that this man is going to be YOUR husband and she needs to move on along.
