I don't have a lot of time for exercise, how can I speed up my metabolism?

There are some things you can do to speed up the metabolism according to health experts. Make sure you're getting enough sleep, don't stress (it'll lead to weight gain), do not skip breakfast (get that metabolism going asap!), stand as much as possible...sitting slows your metabolism way down, skip junk food in your diet, and make sure you work out! And don't just do cardio, lift some weights to gain that lean muscle!
