Dear Abby,

My schedule is too busy to fit in exercise and I am usually too tired to cook after work. What are little things I can do to stay fit with my busy schedule?

Dear Wanna Be,

There are little things that a person can do besides eat like a bird and work out an hour a day. Watch what you're drinking, according to studies, the average person drinks about 400 calories a day, ugh. Also, serve yourself on plates. If there is a buffet, you are likely to take more, but if you give yourself a serving, you'll stick with it. Make sure you put the fork down in between bites and take a sip of water. The pressure to take the next bite is relieved and the water will fill you up quicker. Also, make sure you keep protein in your diet because it digests quickly. Fish and chicken are the best. And of course, exercise when you can and drink lots of water.
