This is my first Thanksgiving as a wife. My husband and I are having our families over to our new house and I'm cooking! Here's the problem, my mother-in-law keeps trying to take over my dinner. She wants to bring everything, including the turkey! How do I tell her to bud out in a polite way?

She is probably just missing the control of being able to take on Thanksgiving dinner. She also probably knows that this is your first year and she wants to make sure it's perfect for you.
