I made a big mistake. I cheated on my girlfriend. I don't really know what to do about it. It happened recently and she doesn't know about it yet. In my opinion, I usually say if there is infidelity in a relationship, it's over. It may seem unfair, but I feel that is one area of trust that is almost impossible to build up again. However, that is not always the case. Your best bet to save your relationship is to tell your girlfriend as soon as possible. She deserves to know. She's going to be hurt, and you should expect it. Depending on how your girlfriend takes it and what her perspective is on trust and cheating, your relationship could be saved. Best of luck.
