I work 3 part-time jobs and rarely have time to work out...how can I burn calories without any cardio?

It's hard for a lot of people to fit in exercise in their lives, but even the little things that you ouldn't think help you burn calories...do! Laughing burns calories, fidgeting, even just tapping your toe when you're at work will do it! Make sure you don't eat past 6:30pm and try to change up your diet by adding spicy foods and a majority of your diet should be proteins; and don't forget about drinking ice water! Your body has to burn calories to heat up your body! These are just a couple of things I do when I don't have time to work out and remember, using your mind burns calories too! ;)
