This guy and I have been seeing each other for a while now. We both admitted that we like each other and that we would like to start a formal relationship. However, he hasn't kissed me yet. I've tried, but I've been "denounced". He turns his head or starts talking when I lean in! Why won't he kiss me?!

He might just be nervous. I mean, if you two have discussed being together and you both like each other, it probably isn't you that is keeping him from kissing you. He might just honestly be nervous....do you know if he's been kissed before? Is he normally a shy guy? If it really bothers you, let him know that you are concerned that there hasn't been a kiss yet in this new relationship, but don't make him feel uncomfortable, it might make him want to leave!
