My friend and her boyfriend are always fighting and making up. We never know if they're together or not. The worst part is, she embarrasses herself on Facebook by constantly changing her relationship status and using her status to either hate on him or get super lovey dovey about him. She needs to know she looks stupid, how do I tell her?

Tell your friend that if she is going to continue in this yo-yo relationship, that she needs to leave the internet out of it. Tell her to be stable and consistant in her relationship before proclaiming it on Facebook. She'll appreciate your honesty and the fact that you're trying to help her out. Hopefully the relationship stops going up and down and finds it's place!
