Take 2 Eggs
Mash up banana very well....and stir together with the 2 eggs, until it becomes like a batter.
(Maybe add some vanilla extract...or cinnammon???)
Then just pour from a ladle onto a skillet and cook just like you'd cook a pancake. (Make sure you spray or butter the skillet.)
UPDATE: I tried these...and they worked...HOWEVER, I added the following:
-1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protien powder
-1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
-Dash of Salt
-Cinammon to taste
They turned out REALLY good...and no refined carbs!!
