Add these ingredients to your shopping List:

2 medium red bell peppers
1 dried ancho pepper, stemmed and seeded
Slivered almonds, toasted
Hazelnut oil or olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper
Ground red pepper
Garlic cloves
Whole-wheat bread
4 (6-ounce) halibut fillets
Cooking spray
